Shree Kalyan Seva Sansthan (SKSS) Donation Refund Policy

SKSS prioritizes fair and transparent digital donation processing. While SKSS anticipates careful donation decisions, we acknowledge that errors or changes of heart may occur. If a refund request is submitted, we will evaluate it and make every effort to process it. To initiate the refund process, we may request an explanation, verification, and supporting documentation.

Please note, SKSS is not obligated to refund donations, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

Requests must reach SKSS within 7 days from the donation date, whether made online, electronically, or via other means, handed over personally, or dispatched by other means.

Refund processing may take 7 to 30 working days, depending on third-party information availability (e.g., Payment Gateway, Banks). Your generosity and patience are greatly appreciated.
